When a scratch appears in your Meyers Manx paint, what should you do?

SCRATCH ANALYSIS

Depending on how deep the scratch is, we use a water sandpaper 800, 1500, 200 and if necessary 3000.

FIRST SANDPAPER 800

Sand with a special focus on the affected area.

FIRST SANDPAPER 800

Sand to the point where almost every scratch disappears.

SECOND SANDPAPER 1500

Now It will widen the intervention area.

THIRD SANDPAPER 2000 AND 3000

It will widen even more the intervention area.

WASH

With clean water to prepare for the polishing.

POLISHING

Using a Medium polishing paste is enough for this work.

POLISHING

Spread homogeneously.

MECHANIC POLISHING

With the machine in low rotation, till the paste disappears.

MECHANIC POLISHING

Repeat the polishing if convenient to achieve the desired glow.

MANUAL POLISHING

If you do not possess a machine, you can polishwith a woolcloth by hand.
